The Loopsert is part of the Force Concepts Rigid Insert System of hook backed, elastic inserts. It is designed to hold magazines, phones/EUDs, Kestrel weather meters, tools, medical supplies, munitions or a wide range of other items securely on any loop lined surface including pouches, panels, bags, and placards.
