Virtus, the genius of the Commonwealth, has had her arsenal augmented with a modern rifle beside her standard spear, and her headgear replaced with a modern combat helmet complete with panoramic night vision goggles. Unchanged, her foot is on the form of Tyranny represented by the body of her foe, slain in battle.
