The Trauma Kit NOW!™ - Large (TKN™-LARGE) is for those who need to carry a large amount of medical supplies by choice or because of organizational SOP. This pouch has also been utilized by Medics, one or two carried on the flanks, in lieu of a Medic Pack in urban and short transport time environments.. The Large TKN, built around the USMC IFAK, consists of two main components – the outer MOLLE compatible pouch and the removable inner supply chassis.
